PERSONAL MESSAGE

We purchased the property in La Zagaleta in 1997, built the house in the following year and usually live there around four months every year. Since then a great deal has changed for the better in Andalusia.

The expansion of the airport in Malaga has almost been completed and with the express train one can travel from Malaga to Madrid in a mere two-and-a-half hours. There are many new motorways including a direct link to Cordoba and to Salamanca via Seville. Most of the white villages of Andalusia have been restored in an exacting manner and the historic centre of Malaga has become more attractive thanks to the Picasso Museum and the pedestrian zone.

La Zagaleta also features a second golf course, which is very popular among those that have played it.

All of this and the serious real estate crisis actually speak against selling the property at the time-being.

As Berliners we regretted we were not 20 years younger when the Berlin Wall fell and we would love to spend a few more years in our house. We wish the future owners a great deal of enjoyment with their new home.
