Designed by Helge Sypereck of Berlin, built in 1998 in cooperation with Miguel Tobal of Marbella the property is currently occupied around four months of the year.

The main house has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor with adjoining covered terraces, 2 bathrooms, a dressing area and a study. The ground floor consists of a living room, a dining room, a roofed terrace, a kitchen, a guest toilet plus several terraces with views to the south and west.

The main house is connected to the guest wing by a courtyard with roofed gallery.     

The guest wing has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchenette and a terrace with views to the west.

The basement (which is situated under the main house, courtyard and guest wing) includes garaging for 2 cars, a toilet for the gardeners, heating room, storage, laundry room with covered terrace, a large water tank (for the garden), a tank for drinking water and water purifying equipment.

The house also offers a 15 metre swimming pool, a sauna with shower and a toilet.

Central heating (Viessmann 2009) mainly by solar energy for under floor heating, water and swimming pool. Air conditioning is by earth pump.
