THE PLOT

The property has a size of 13,529 m² and is located in the middle of the older of the two golf courses, 700 m away from the club house. It is slightly above the first green. Towards the South, across a number of farways one can see the Mediterranean and in clear weather one has a view as far as the Atlas Mountains in Africa. Perhaps the most spectacular view. however, is to the mountains to the West.

The terrain is relatively flat and for this reason it was possible to build without the need for embankments or abutments that are often unavoidable.

Thanks to the size of the property, the adjacent golf course and the green zone, the neighbouring houses are sufficiently far away.
